By placing an electronic order through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 11/27/2014/29188), and other applicable laws concerning the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

Shipping costs associated with product delivery will be borne by the buyers.

Each purchased product will be delivered to the individual and/or organization at the address provided by the buyer within a maximum of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.

In cases where delivering the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer within 3 days of becoming aware of this situation. The total amount paid must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

If the buyer fails to pay for the product or cancels the payment as recorded by the bank, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.

If, after product delivery, it's determined that the buyer's credit card was unlawfully used by unauthorized individuals and the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the seller for the product, the buyer is obligated to return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs covered by the seller.

If unforeseen circumstances beyond the seller's control arise and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be notified. The buyer may request to cancel the order, replace the product with a similar one, or postpone delivery until the impediment is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order, the product's cost will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of cancellation.

Before accepting the goods/services under the contract, the buyer should inspect them; items falling into categories such as torn, stained, or otherwise damaged or defective should not be accepted. After acceptance, the buyer is responsible for safeguarding the goods/services. The invoice should also be returned with the product.

Within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the purchased product is delivered to the buyer or the person/organization at the provided address, the buyer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract without any legal or penal responsibility and without providing any justification, by notifying the seller through the contact information below.
FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE REQUESTS, SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The product to be returned must have its tag intact, hygiene seals unremoved, and be sent back in the clear protective bag and original packaging/box in which it was received. The product should be returned in the condition it was delivered.
If you believe the package was damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in the presence of the delivery company representative.
Products that are damaged and lack an official report will not be accepted for return.
To process a return, the product must be sent with its invoice. Returns of products that have lost their resalable condition or cannot be sold to another customer are not accepted, and their costs are not refunded.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed and paid to you as soon as possible.
